'I'm fully all in with Bayern' - Kane reduces on Premier League homecoming

Kane celebrates his 100th goal for Bayern Munich

Harry Kane has declared that his enthusiasm in coming back to the Premier League has lessened and he is willing to discuss a new deal with Bayern Munich.

The star striker is currently halfway through the four-year agreement he agreed to when moving to from Tottenham Hotspur for a substantial fee in the transfer window of 2023.

The experienced forward has netted an outstanding 103 goals in 106 matches for the German side, helping them claim the 2024-25 Bundesliga championship - which was the maiden significant honor of his notable career.

Tottenham coach Thomas Frank has earlier mentioned that he would like to see Kane go back to England, where he lacks 48 goals to surpass Alan Shearer's record Premier League scoring feat of 260.

However, the England leader has now suggested that he is no longer as keen about going back home as he previously was, and would seriously consider lengthening his stay in Bavaria.

"In terms of remaining longer, I could absolutely see that," he stated.

"I mentioned openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those discussions with Bayern yet, but if they were to come up I would be open to talk and have an straightforward conversation.

"Obviously it depends on how the next year or so unfolds and what we attain together. Right now, I would say we are in a fantastic moment and I am not considering about anything else.

"In terms of the Premier League, I don't know. If you had questioned me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.

"Now I have been there a couple of years I would perhaps say that has gone down a little bit, but I wouldn't say I would never go back.

"What I have learned in my career is that different options and different timings happen and things align. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am completely all in with Bayern."

Record-breaking Achievements and Future Ambitions

Kane is the record top scorer for both Tottenham and England and lately became the speediest player this century to hit 100 goals for a club participating in one of Europe's top five divisions, securing the achievement in just 104 games for Bayern.

However, a honor had avoided him until he won the German title last season.

Kane reveals that he was not sure how he would feel after overcoming his trophy wait, but now feels it has made him hungry for more success.

"When you win a title like I did last year, maybe it could be tempting to go the other way and be like, 'OK I've done what I wanted to achieve'," he continued.

"But it's given me more motivation to do more and be better. I think I've proven that this year.

"I was intrigued in how I would feel after winning a trophy. Obviously there's still a lot more I want to attain in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies for sure.

"But I think it was always just, in my head, what I was going to feel like after I did achieve winning my first one.

"But for sure, I challenged myself the other way in terms of being even better, eating even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of what I've got right now."
